Easy Setup Tool for Data Communication Card
WILLCOM, Inc., a leading mobile telecommunications company in Japan, provides AIR-EDGE wireless data communications card that is based on packet switching technology. Willcom preloads Easy Setup Tool on the CD-ROM partition of UDRW to provide a truly portable experience for mobile users, including those who own slim laptop that doesn't have built-in optical drive. To support cross-platform (Mac & Win), the CD-ROM zone of UDRW is created with Hybrid CD image.

UDRW TIPS
- Autorun fucntion
The Setup Tool runs automatically under compatible Windows environment once the device is connected. Although MacOS doesn't support Autorun, the Finder opens and display application icon upon insertion of the device. - Hybrid CD
CD-ROM partition supports Hybrid image for cross-platform applications.
USB Memory with music transfer function
A USB drive for the mobile phone with phonebook editing and music transfer function.
When the USB drive is inserted to a PC, a program launcher will autorun. From here the user can select the following:
- 1. Connect to “MOOCS” online music service to purchase and download music directly to the connected mobile phone.
- 2. Launch the “Keitai Bannou – Bannou Memory Dial” mobile phonebook editor application.
- 3. Access the removable flash drive.
